Bookings, Parties, and Payments
All bookings, memberships, punch cards, and party reservations are subject to availability. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies are outlined at the time of booking.
Rules and Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates our posted rules.

Return & Refund Policy
The Roost Play Café provides services, experiences, and reservations rather than physical goods.
No Returns or Refunds
All purchases, including but not limited to open play admissions, party bookings, memberships, punch cards, classes, and event reservations, are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for services once purchased.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
While refunds are not provided, we may, at our discretion, offer the option to reschedule or issue a credit for future use in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances. Any credits issued are non-transferable and may have an expiration date.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled booking, party, or event without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for refund or credit.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
